Deepen Value Creation, Empower High-Quality Development

Recently, to further consolidate the foundation of corporate culture, stimulate the endogenous motivation of the organization, and achieve the goal of sustainable development, our company has officially launched the introduction and implementation of Inamori Philosophy. Through systematic learning and scenario-based practice, we will integrate core concepts such as "Respect Heaven and Love People", "Heart-Centered Management", and "Strive Harder Than Anyone Else" into business operations, management and employee behaviors, injecting new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.

Amid accelerating digital transformation and increasingly fierce market competition, our company has always firmly believed that "culture is the soul of an enterprise, and talents are the core of development". Previously, through management research, employee interviews and industry case analysis, we found that some teams face problems such as insufficient consensus on goals, weak awareness of proactive innovation, and difficulty in balancing long-term value and short-term benefits. To break through development bottlenecks, the company’s management has determined, after multiple rounds of discussions, to take Inamori Philosophy as the core guidance for cultural upgrading. Its advocated concepts of "All Employees Participate in Management" and "Pursue Both Material and Spiritual Happiness of Employees" are highly consistent with our company’s values of "People-Oriented, Co-Creation and Win-Win", and will provide strong support for enhancing organizational cohesion and optimizing operational efficiency.

 

 

The introduction of Inamori Philosophy will be advanced in three phases:

Phase 1 is "Philosophy Penetration". By inviting experts on Inamori’s Management Philosophy to conduct special training, organizing management reading groups, and producing philosophy handbooks and cultural walls, all employees will understand the connotation and practical significance of the philosophy. Currently, the first round of training covering over 200 core team members has been completed, and subsequent promotion will be gradually extended to all departments.

Phase 2 is "Scenario-Based Implementation". Centering on key scenarios such as production and operation, customer service, and team collaboration, we will formulate "Philosophy + Business" practice plans. For example, implement the "Amoeba-style" accounting model in project management to make employees the "protagonists of operation"; practice the "spirit of altruism" in customer service to improve customer satisfaction.

Phase 3 is "Long-Term Integration". Establish an evaluation mechanism for philosophy practice. Through monthly sharing sessions, quarterly merit selection, and annual summaries, we will explore employee practice cases, commend outstanding teams, and transform philosophical concepts into normalized work guidelines.
